
Membership
Membership Year:
Membership year is from June 1st through May 31st. We mail out renewal forms on the 1st of March each year. The early discount ends on April 30th.
Initiation Fee for New and Lapsed Memberships is $150
Family
$770 / Year
Family memberships consist of a married couple, with/without children who are 25 years of age or younger that reside in the same household.
Single
$535 / Year
Single, unmarried membership for one person with no children.
Golden Age
15% Discount
Discounted rate for our senior community members ages 70+.
We do a lottery for about 50 open memberships each year from May 1-14th. Come by the office and fill out a lottery form. Winners will be notified by June 3rd and payment is expected by June 10th.
Applications and Payments
Renewal applications are available in March.
An "Earlybird" discount of 10% will be given to received applications that are turned in on site at the WWCC or post marked by 5PM on April 30th.
All other applications and payments are due no later than May 31st at 5PM.

Credit Card Payments
Credit card payments are accepted with a 3.5% processing fee.

Payments are only accepted in person.
Guests
All guests are required to sign a one-day release of liability waiver per visit.

Members must accompany their guests at all times. Guests are not allowed to remain on the facility after the host member has left.
Guest Pass
Members may purchase guest passes for non-members. Guest pass punch cards of 10 passes are sold to members for $100. There is a limit of 20 quantity guest pass purchases per member / per year.
Guest passes can be purchased at any time.
Babysitters
Members may send a babysitter with their children under 12 for free when members are not present.

Baby sitter names must be pre-listed with the gatekeepers and be of 16 years of age or older. Babysitters accompanying members parents with their children must have a guest pass.
