Parties
WWCC members are entitled to reserve two parties per year. The number of guests allowed is determined by the area reserved.
​
The reserving WWCC member must be present during the entire event. Please forward a list of non-member guest to our office one week prior to your event, (or email)
​
Please note, the booking of multiple areas next to each other to increase attendance by the party signer is not allowed. ​
​
All non-members will need to sign a release of liability waiver.
​
Unfortunately, we do not allow balloons to be used at the club as we are protecting our wildlife and children.
Barbeques
Stationary grills are provided on a first come first serve basis. Some canopies have their own bbq.
Community shared propane grills are available for cooking use for a $5 fee. Please pay the gatekeepers before using.
Canopies
Canopies can be reserved. Unreserved canopies are first come first serve.
Maximum number of members and guests per canopy is 20.

Clubhouse
The WWCC clubhouse is available to rent for parties, receptions, and meetings.

Occupancy 75 guests maximum

Clubhouse rental is limited to a max of 6 hours per event.​​​

Contact the office or gatekeeper to make reservation for club house reservations.

Dock
Our beautiful Dock is available to to reserve.

Occupancy 20 guests maximum

Fee: $35

Weddings & Receptions
Weddings and receptions can be booked for WWCC members and their family's use only.

Limited dates are available so not to impact the other members use of the facility.
